The Reich Chancellery was the official residence and office of the Chancellor of Germany during the Third Reich. Located in Berlin, it was designed by architect Albert Speer and completed in 1938. The building served as the nerve center of Nazi power, with the Chancellor's office, conference rooms, and other facilities. It was heavily damaged during World War II and demolished in 1945. Today, the site is a public park known as the "Garden of the Berlin Wall."
